Recipe:
2 cups oats (can be gluten free)
Half a cup sunflower seeds
Half a cup pumpkin seeds
4 tb spoons chia seeds
More then a half of teaspoon sea salt (I used pink Himalayan salt)
1 cup of ground flax seeds
1,5 tb spoon maple syrup (golden syrup taste fine too)
1 cup of water (you may need less or more)
Mix all ingredients together, add the water slowly,place the mixture in the lined banking form, push well into the form so there are no air pockets, make a few holes on the top using a fork and put in the fridge overnight.
Bake at 200 C (392 F) for 55-60min until it's crispy on outside. ENJOY warm or cold😊
